How Sweet It Is: MINT Dentistry Holds Juneteenth Celebration at Cake Bar

DALLAS, July 1, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Cake Bar in Trinity Groves was the place to be for Juneteenth on June 19 in a celebration thrown by MINT dentistry at the popular Dallas bakery. In addition to enjoying slices of delicious cake, compliments of MINT dentistry, attendees also had the opportunity to get to know Ms. Tracy German, the black entrepreneur behind the buzzworthy brand.

Juneteenth commemorates news of emancipation reaching Galveston, Texas, on June 19, 1865. Now, 155 years later, people in states across the U.S. mark the occasion with celebrations. MINT dentistry showed its support for local black-owned business and for the community by inviting everyone to the party to celebrate freedom together.

More than 550 slices of cake were savored by attendees at the Juneteenth event, which also included live entertainment from DJ Slim and giveaways from MINT dentistry employees.

Cake Bar offers a large selection of traditional, southern-style cakes, a variety of quick breads and fresh-from-the-oven cookies.
