WISCO Canada ADI Listing of Certain Assets for Sale

TORONTO, June 29, 2020  /CNW/ - WISCO Canada ADI Resources Development & Investment Limited (the "Company") today announced that it has initiated a process to list the Company's interests in Labec Century Iron Ore Inc. in respect of the Attikamagen Iron Ore Project located in Quebec and Sunny Lake Joint Venture together with related rights and obligations and debts (together the "Listed Interests") on the Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchanges with a view of seeking potential purchaser for such Listed Interests.  The sale of Listed Interests are subject to consent of the Company's co-shareholders and joint venture partners in respect of the relevant projects.
