Humania Assurance once again among Canada's Top 100 Small & Medium Employers
SAINT-HYACINTHE, QC, June 5, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - For a second year in a row, Humania Assurance is ranked on Mediacorp's list of Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers. This annual competition recognizes Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that stand out for their management practices and forward-thinking human resources programs.
The jury evaluated all the submissions received according to eight criteria: Physical Workplace; Work Atmosphere and Social; Health, Financial and Family Benefits; Vacation and Time Off; Employee Communications; Performance Management; Training and Skills Development; and Community Involvement.
