Advanced Kiosks Launches Automatic Weekly Reports for Kiosk Usage

CONCORD, N.H., June 3, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Advanced Kiosks, an industry-leading supplier of digital, self-service kiosks, announced a new feature for their ZAMOKtm Kiosk Management Software. Kiosk owners will soon be receiving weekly emails describing the health of every piece of kiosk equipment they own that currently runs on the Zamok platform. Much of that information is already available on the Zamok Dashboard, but now it will be proactively sent to the email inboxes of those responsible for managing the fleet of computer kiosks in a way that is accessible and easy to understand at a glance.

In 2019, Advanced Kiosks rolled out the Kiosk Refresh program which has helped many companies overcome their kiosk operating system, Windows 7, coming to its end of life. Earlier in 2020, they began offering support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for any customers that have kiosk software or hardware problems. Now, Advanced Kiosks is making it easier than ever for Information Technology (IT) managers to keep their machines running smoothly.

"People are too busy to log in to an admin site to get the data on their kiosk," says Nathan Morse, Operations Manager at Advanced Kiosks. "Soon you will get a report sent to you every week that will let you take a quick look at your kiosks and see if your investments are solving problems and making money for you." Being able to see how machines are utilized over time allows owners to make informed decisions about resource allocation.

The Zamok Kiosk Report will give all customers a quick snapshot of the usage for each device that they own, showing how often customers engaged with the machines and what features were most (or least) used.

Those customers with additional kiosk options, such as Voice over IP (VoIP) and video teleconferencing, can track the number of calls that used these customized features. Kiosks equipped with printers, such as those used in retail environments, can track the number of tickets or receipts printed in any given week.

Advanced Kiosks will be offering this service as an included benefit to their Zamok Enterprise level customers, and will also make it available to Zamok Basic customers at no cost for a three month period. All customers are encouraged to contact their account representatives to discuss upgrade options. The company plans on releasing the service to customers by the end of Q2 2020.
