WYALUSING, Pa., May 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Peoples Ltd. (OTC: PPLL)Anthony J. Gabello, President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.55 per share payable on June 30, 2020. The cash dividend represents an 8.9% increase over the cash dividend paid in the second quarter 2019 of $0.51 as adjusted for the 2019 year-end 5% stock dividend.
The declaration of dividend, made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on May 27, 2020, is payable to shareholders of record June 15, 2020.
