Enforcement Notice - Decision - IIROC Suspends the Membership of PACE Securities Corp.

TORONTO, May 21, 2020 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) suspended the membership of PACE Securities Corp., effective May 21, 2020.

IIROC Staff sought an order for the suspension of PACE Securities Corp.'s membership as a result of a Winding Up Order granted by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) ordering the winding up of PSC.
