Cincinnati Financial Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend


CINCINNATI, May 4, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cincinnati Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CINF) announced that at its regular meeting on May 2, 2020, the board of directors declared a 60-cents-per-share regular quarterly cash dividend. The dividend is payable July 15, 2020, to shareholders of record as of June 17, 2020.

Steven J. Johnston, chairman, president and chief executive officer, commented: "During this time of economic uncertainty, providing dividend income to our shareholders offers stability. We have the capital to continue to support our dividend as well as the profitable growth of our insurance business, rewarding shareholders in both the near and long term.
