"THE TRANSITION CHAT" is a telephone line aimed at breaking the isolation of lonely people by allowing them to talk and maintain a positive attitude. The message? Life goes on and we need to seize the opportunity to see a positive light.

• The service is free;
• It is offered in English and French;
• A member of the team will be available to receive your call at 514 234-8212, Monday to Friday from 9 to 11 and from 2 to 4.

"Over the past 10 years, Jasmin Transition has been helping seniors reorganizing their lives and their home transitions. The 70 y.o.+ represent a clientele whose concerns we all know quite well, "says owner Danielle Jasmin. In these uncertain times, to counter the isolation and anxiety caused by the spread of COVID-19, the Quebec company decided to set up this support service which provides access to a caring person. The team members bring caring listening, just as a parent, a sister or a friend would do.
