Andlauer Healthcare Group 2020 First Quarter Financial Results Release Date, Conference Call and Webcast

TORONTO, April 3, 2020 /CNW/ - Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (TSX: AND) ("AHG" or the "Company") will release its 2020 first quarter financial results after market close on Monday, May 11, 2020. Michael Andlauer, Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Bromley, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call for analysts and investors on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. (ET). AHG also announced that it has received TSX approval to postpone its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") until May 2021. The Company requested the postponement due to challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic and Ontario government directives to limit public gatherings. The Company had initially scheduled its AGM for May 13, 2020.

In accordance with the requirements of AHG's incorporating statute, the Business Corporations Act (Ontario), AHG will hold its first annual meeting of shareholders on or before May 12, 2021. The members of the Company's board of directors as well as its auditors will continue to hold office until the close of such meeting or until successors are elected or appointed, as applicable.
