The MFA Companies Advises TTE Laboratories in Sale to Transcat

TEWKSBURY, Mass., March 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The MFA Companies^® is pleased to announce that TTE Laboratories, Inc. was recently acquired by Transcat, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNS).

MFA's affiliate, MFA Capital Advisors, was the exclusive financial advisor providing consulting and advisory services to TTE, and the transaction was facilitated by MFA Securities (also an affiliate of MFA). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

A Massachusetts-based provider of metrology-based, audit-ready pipette calibration services, TTE specializes in a metrology-driven approach compliant with both ISO 17025 and 8655 calibration standards. Transcat is a leading provider of accredited calibration, repair, inspection and laboratory instrument services with clients spread across industries including biotechnology, medical device manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and pharmaceuticals.
