He will be a member of the internet strategy and litigation practice.

Jih has extensive experience as a commercial litigator at both the trial and appellate levels. He represents companies in a broad array of complex business disputes, including First Amendment, unfair competition, consumer privacy, class action defense, contract, employment law, and other commercial litigation matters.

With a focus on intellectual property and litigation in the entertainment and media industry, Jih has worked with clients in a variety of sectors, including internet, hardware, software, and retail. He represents businesses at all stages of development?from start-ups to motion picture studios and leading technology companies?and draws upon his diverse legal experience and sophisticated understanding of intellectual property issues in business disputes to develop novel solutions to the most difficult and complex problems.

In addition to his litigation work, Jih advises companies on avoiding legal risk and related issues, including protection of intellectual property, fair use, and infringement.
