TalentLaunch Names Scot Carboni as Vice President of Operations

CLEVELAND, Feb. 26, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TalentLaunch, a nationwide network of independently operated staffing and recruitment firms, recently announced Scot Carboni as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Scot is responsible for influencing the growth and performance of selected operating companies and the development of their teams.

Scot brings with him over 19 years of staffing leadership experience. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales Force Effectiveness as well as a Regional Vice President for EmployBridge, the largest light industrial staffing company in North America. During this time, Scot was an integral part of building out sales strategies, consultative selling, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategy for over 200 Business Development Managers across the country.

Prior to his time at EmployBridge, Scot spent nearly 10 years with Randstad USA and held various leadership roles within the organization. His tenure covered both branch network operations and the large on-site division.
Scot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Scot currently resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife and 2 sons.
