Tim Hortons U.S. Announces Roll Up the Rim To Win® 2020
After years of Rolling Up the Rim, Tim Hortons U.S. has modernized its iconic promotion to allow for a combination of both paper and digital play.
Promotion Dates
Roll Up The Rim To Win® starts on March 11 and runs for four weeks ? until April 7.
Roll Up the Rim Cups
Physical Roll Up the Rim cups will be available at participating restaurants across the U.S. ? for the first two weeks of the promotion**.
Playing Digitally
In addition, Tim Hortons is rewarding digital ways to play. Throughout the four-week promotion, guests can play digitally on the Tim Hortons app or online at rolluptherimtowin.com.
Tims Rewards
During the first two weeks of the promotion, when purchasing a Medium, Large, or Extra-Large hot beverage, registered Tims Rewards members who use the app or scan their registered Tims Rewards card will receive two rolls, one on the paper cup and one digital roll in the Tim Hortons app or online. For the remainder of the promotion, guests must use the app or registered card to play Roll Up the Rim on the app or online.
If guests scan a non-registered Tims Rewards card, the rolls will accrue on their card, and can only be accessed when the card is registered. Unregistered Tims Rewards members have until April 21 to register their card and reveal their digital rolls.

Please Play Again is Replaced with 4 $5,000 Drawings
Tim Hortons has retired the idea of Please Play Again. Guests who don't win a prize when revealing a digital roll will be entered into one of four $5,000 drawings. To be eligible, guests must scan their app or registered Tims Rewards card when purchasing a hot beverage and reveal a non-winning digital roll.

- Register your Tims Rewards card online or on the app
- Buy an eligible hot beverage and scan the app or registered card at the time of purchase
- Rolls on the app will appear in a guest's Tim Hortons app or online account
