Lee Spirits Company Announces New Distillery and Second Tasting Room

MONUMENT, Colo., Feb. 21, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lee Spirits Company a leading distiller of pre-prohibition American dry gin, fine liqueurs, North American blended whiskey and vodka, is pleased to announce the location of its new distillery and the opening of its second tasting room located at 303 West Highway 105, Monument, Colorado 80132.

Lee Spirits Company's new distillery, tasting room and new offices is 5,600 square feet. The distillery will occupy 3,700 square feet of the new facility which will allow for a much larger scale. The new distillery will be in full operation by Summer of 2020.

Opening on February 21, 2020, Lee Spirits' new tasting room is designed to create community bonding and socializing in Monument, is 1,340 square feet and can host up to 50 visitors. Lee Spirits' Monument tasting room will offer a full menu of original and classic cocktails along with the company's new non-carbonated Strawberry Ginger Gin Lemonade and Lavender Gin Lemonade, which will be available on tap.

"We knew long before our announcement to distribute into Texas that we were going to need more space than our original distillery afforded us as distributors' demand for our products has risen each month for the past three years," added Lee.

The company's original tasting room, Brooklyn's on Boulder Street, was recently named a top destination for lovers of the speak easy experience by The Travel Channel and it will remain intact as a neighborhood and regional favorite in downtown Colorado Springs.
