TZP Group Exits Water Cooler Group / Media Storm


NEW YORK, Feb. 13, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- TZP Group ("TZP") today announced the realization of its investment in Water Cooler Group ("WCG" d/b/a "Media Storm"). Media Storm provides data-driven, fully integrated, strategic media planning and execution services to leading entertainment, retail, luxury, hospitality, and CPG brands. Based in New York, NY, with offices in Los Angeles, CA, and Norwalk, CT, WCG was founded in 2001 by Craig Woerz and Tim Williams.

The company has been acquired by Merkle, a leading data-driven, technology-enabled, global performance marketing agency that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices, that is a subsidiary of Dentsu Aegis Network.
