Nieves Alfaro, PE Joins Growing Civil Engineering Firm Jones|Carter in Austin


AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Nieves Alfaro, PE has joined Jones|Carter as Vice President of Water and Wastewater in Austin, TX. With more than 25 years of experience, Nieves has extensive knowledge of civil, tunnel and environmental engineering. He is also adept in all phases of infrastructure projects for municipalities and water authorities in addition to coordinating with local and state agencies.

Nieves' wide range of experience as Project Manager and Technical Advisor is supported by his technical experience with collection and distribution systems and pump stations. He's worked on a range of notable projects in his career including the Waller Creek Tunnel and the Austin Clean Water Program.
