MONTREAL, Jan. 28, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - From February 14 to 16 at Place Bell, Ubisoft will present the fourth Six Invitational, the World Championship of Rainbow Six Siege, a game created and developed in Montreal by a team of over 350 experts. The winning team of this tournament will be awarded a prize of about $3 million USD, a record sum in the history of esports in Quebec. This global event will feature developer panels, fan art, cosplayers, and a host of surprises.
The Six Invitational brought together more than 3,000 people in 2019. This year, over 4,500 people are expected to attend this high-level tournament to watch 16 of the world's best teams, all of which proved their worth during qualifying tournaments held all around the world. After eight days of competition, four teams of five contestants each will battle it out in the finals on February 16.
