ACS Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Assured Consulting Solutions, LLC (ACS) is proud to announce our achievement of ISO 9001:2015 certification. ISO 9001:2015 is the world's most widely recognized quality management standard. This standard and certification was selected specifically to validate ACS' ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of our customers.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the most updated standard of its kind and focuses on quality management systems and performance. It assists companies in developing a management system that aligns quality with their wider business strategy. There is a focus on risk-based thinking and accountability in all organizational processes that helps improve communications, efficiency, and implementation of continuous improvement.

The road to certification requires both time and dedication. After a year of significant growth, in 2018 ACS identified the need to mature corporate policies, procedures, and tools to ensure scalable and repeatable high-quality services. ACS selected the ISO 9001:2015 certification as the backbone against which to drive continual improvement specifically for the ISO focus on quality and the global recognition of this standard.
