As Hemp Becomes the Fastest-Growing Sector in Cannabis Industry, Indo Expo Returns to Denver January 25?26 for Largest Show to Date

Indo Expo, the country's leading business-to-business forum for the Cannabis industry, returns to the place where it all began, the Denver Mart, on January 25 and 26, in what promises to be the most well-attended show thus far. Cannabis professionals will be able to engage with, and hear from, the largest gathering of exhibitors and speakers to learn how to take advantage of an industry that continues to expand geographically and into a wider variety of consumer product categories. Much of the growth is coming from the rapid integration of hemp into thousands of products that touch consumers every day. More exhibit space and seminar time will be devoted to hemp at this year's show, culminating in Indo Expo's 2020 Consumer Hemp Awards.

"Attendees of this year's Indo Expo should be very pleased with the depth and variety of exhibitors and speakers," said Chris Olson, executive director of Indo Expo. "The accelerated growth in hemp should provide growers with incredible opportunities. No other show allows them to network with the very people who not only have navigated the industry to this stage, but who will ensure that it continues to the next level of growth."

Hemp disrupts the status quo in every industry. This year's Denver show will be the first to benefit from Cindy Sovine, Indo Expo's new hemp program coordinator and professional disruptor. Over the two days, attendees will be able to hear from some of the country's leading experts whom Ms. Sovine has scheduled on subjects that range from commercial-scale cultivation, processing and manufacturing, banking, and insurance to tax policies that impact the Cannabis and hemp industries. Attendees will also be treated to live demonstrations on future markets, including industrial applications of hemp, building materials, textiles, clean water, and "Cooking with Hemp Foods" demonstrations on both days.

For cultivators looking to sell their hemp without losing the farm, be sure to check out our first-ever "Hemp Buyers' Lounge," where you can bring samples (not the farm) and meet buyers in a no-pressure environment.

"While the industry is maturing yet continues to grow at a rapid pace, those who really want to succeed in it need to be knowledgeable on all aspects, including technological advancements and the diverse public policy landscape," said Olson. "This year, in particular, having a presidential election, Cannabis and hemp have a good chance at making significant political gains. Attendees will be able to hear from experts about the latest from the USDA and FDA, as well as what federal, state, and local governments are doing to carve their space to attract the new hemp economy."

Indo Expo hosts shows in Denver, Portland, San Francisco, and, for the first time, September 2020 in Chicago, where attendees have the opportunity to interact with a large cross section of Cannabis industry leaders who have the experience and knowledge to share with those interested in capitalizing on the business.

This year's Denver show on Saturday, January 25, is for industry professionals and trade only. Sunday, January 26, is for both trade and the general public.

The Denver Mart is located at 451 East 58th Avenue, Denver, Colorado.
