Neustar Appoints Alison Lewis to Board of Directors

Neustar®, Inc., a global information services company and leader in identity resolution, today announced that Alison Lewis has been appointed as an independent, non-executive director to the Company's Board of Directors. Lewis is Chief Growth Officer and member of the Global Executive Leadership Team for Kimberly-Clark, an $18+ billion consumer goods product company of trusted brands in more than 175 countries.

Alison Lewis is the Chief Growth Officer for Kimberly-Clark, where she is responsible for driving sustainable growth and executional excellence in product marketing, sales and innovation. Ms. Lewis builds modern marketing and digital capabilities and plays a key role improving commercial capabilities that drive growth around the world. Prior to Kimberly Clark, Ms. Lewis was a senior executive at Johnson & Johnson for more than six years where she was responsible driving growth strategies and innovation pipeline for well-known Johnson & Johnson Consumer brands in more than 140 countries. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Lewis worked for The Coca-Cola Company for 17 years, where she was responsible for making the 127-year-old brand relevant to consumers in a connected, multicultural world. Ms. Lewis began her career at Kraft Foods in brand and customer marketing management roles.

A native of Canada, Ms. Lewis earned her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. She serves on the Boards of the National 4-H Council, the Association of National Advertisers and Ridge Ventures. Ms. Lewis has been recognized for her thought leadership and industry contributions as a Top 50 Most Innovative CMO by Business Insider; Women of the Year by Advertising Women of New York; Creative Marketer of the Year by Cannes Lions; and Marketer of the Year by Advertising Age.
