The mixology focused lounge concept with an existing outpost at SLS Brickell in Miami, and global expansion plans around the world, opens today on Friday, January 17, 2020, situated next to sbe's first award-winning Katsuya restaurant that opened fifteen years ago. The much-anticipated S Bar will debut its sultry lounge, offering innovative cocktails paired with a curated, innovative Katsuya-influenced menu by sbe Chief Culinary Officer Martin Heierling. The space will feature an indoor-outdoor experience featuring al fresco dining, offering an enjoyable happy hour environment that will smoothly transition into an evening of socializing under the stars. A beautiful private dining room will also be available for exclusive dinners and event bookings as an extension of the Katsuya dining room, offering both the Katsuya and S Bar menus. S Bar Brentwood is led by Katsuya General Manager, Kevin Morales, designed by Avenue Interiors and developed by Dakota Development.

Signature dishes include an S Bar Sashimi Combo, A4 Wagyu Beef Tacos, Crispy Shrimp Fingers, Edamame Dumplings, Wagyu Beef Gyoza, Robatas such as Jidori Chicken Tsukune and Grilled Duck Confit, Katsuya Sandos including a Hot Chicken Sandwich and Wagyu Beef Sliders, a selection of Crispy Rice, and an impressive Black River Caviar platter featuring Oscietra caviar.
