Chalice Financial Network Sets Intentions for 2020; Member Organization Sharpens Focus on Digital Marketplace and Building Community

SAN DIEGO, Jan. 16, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chalice Financial Network today announced its intentions for 2020. The member-benefit organization, with its digital marketplace and growing online community, continues its vision to bring scale and support to thousands of independent financial advisors and RIAs who operate their own small and midsized businesses.

During the first quarter of the year, holding company Chalice Wealth Partners will finalize the sale of Chalice Capital Partners (CCP), its broker-dealer, and Chalice Wealth Advisors (CWA), its RIA, allowing Chalice Financial Network to focus on growing its membership base, expanding the Chalice Advisor Exchange digital marketplace, and creating opportunities for members to peer-to-peer network and assist each other with growing their businesses. Proceeds from the sale will support Chalice's operating capital and marketing efforts.

"CCP and CWA helped us raise the capital we needed to build what is arguably the most robust digital marketplace in the business. We want to serve all advisors, regardless of their broker-dealer or RIA, so it's best that we don't hold a major interest in one specific company. It's a win-win," said Keith Gregg, founder & CEO of Chalice. "Our investors have the benefit of a FinTech valuation and expanded distribution with the strategic disposition, we removed any perceived conflicts, and we have a mutually beneficial partnership with Kingswood as an enterprise client."

Chalice Financial Network's platform connects members to a wide range of products and services, including health insurance, cybersecurity protection and insurance, marketing and sales tools, mergers and acquisitions support services, accounting and financial planning assistance, human resources support, and everything advisors need to support the entire lifecycle of their business. New services on the horizon include a custom turnkey video marketing service and client retention tool, white-label weekly industry-update videos, and a leading independent trust and custody provider.

Chalice also aims to help connect its members and financial professionals to experts to further support them in running and growing their businesses. On March 2-4, Chalice will host BooST 2020, a business solutions and technology event focused on the future of a FinTech infused industry. The conference?designed for financial advisors and RIAs?will feature dynamic solutions, inspiring industry experts and compelling sessions focused on forward-thinking, FinTech trends in the wealth management industry.

"Our intention and vision has always been to bring scale and support for the hundreds of thousands of independent financial advisors and RIAs who operate their own small and midsized businesses, and we have pursued partnerships with those who share that same passion," said Keith Gregg, CEO of Chalice. "Today, we are proud to continue this course by sharpening our focus on Chalice Financial Network and growing our community?where the strength of we empowers a network of me."
