FBFK Adds Lauded Corporate & Securities Attorney, Community Leader Kenn Webb to Dallas Office


Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC (FBFK) today announced that 35-year corporate and securities attorney Kenn Webb, most recognized for years of successful mergers & acquisitions, securities representation and for his DFW-area community leadership, has joined the firm as a shareholder.

Webb was previously a partner at Dallas-based Thompson & Knight LLP.

"Kenn brings decades of tremendous corporate securities and transactional experience working with some of the largest public and private companies in the Southwest," said FBFK President and Founder Kyle Ferguson. "I have known Kenn for 20 years. He's a brilliant practitioner and will be an incredible advisor and mentor to our team."

Webb will join FBFK's 20-member shareholder team leading the fast-growing firm specializing in middle-market business law with exceptional client service.

A graduate of Stanford Law, Webb has represented businesses ranging from Fortune 50 companies to start-up ventures in many industries, including energy, retail, transportation, technology development, manufacturing, construction materials and investment banking. His expertise is in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and a wide variety of other corporate and commercial matters. He also advises foundations and other nonprofit entities in connection with investment transactions.

He is a Texas Bar Foundation Life Fellow and was named to The Best Lawyers in America® (Corporate Law) in 2019-2020 and to Texas Super Lawyers® in 2003-2005 and 2012-2013.

Webb has been committed to serving the community throughout his career, serving numerous civic and charitable organizations in leadership positions. He was appointed by Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings as the first Chair of the City of Dallas Citizen Homelessness Commission in 2017 and served until 2019. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Hope Supply Co., a nonprofit meeting the critical needs of homeless and at-risk children in North Texas. He served on the Board of The Council on Alcohol & Drugs for many years, including two terms as President.
