Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE:OHI) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.67 per share, payable Friday, February 14, 2020 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, January 31, 2020.

Fourth Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Omega also announced today that it is scheduled to release its earnings results for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 after market close.
