Tony Aquila's AFV Partners Acquires Aircraft Performance Group from Liberty Hall Capital Partners


AFV Partners LLC ("AFV Partners") acquired Aircraft Performance Group, LLC ("APG"), a leading global provider of mission critical flight operations software to the business and charter aviation segments of the global aerospace industry, from Liberty Hall Capital Partners ("Liberty Hall"). Terms of the transaction, which closed on January 3, 2020, were not disclosed.

Founded in 1999, Castle Rock, CO-based APG is the industry-leading global provider of proprietary aircraft performance, weight and balance, and flight planning software solutions to the $2+ billion addressable business and charter aviation segments of global aerospace industry, supporting all key aircraft OEMs in the market. APG's proprietary software solutions support regulator-required aircraft performance calculations for customers ranging from highly innovative and top aviation fractional operators to Fortune 500 flight departments in more than 80 countries, where the mass majority of private and business aviation occurs today.

Tony Aquila is Founder, Chairman and CEO of AFV Partners; formed on the Fourth of July 2019, as a long-term permanent capital investor. Previously, Aquila was an investor and lead board director, alongside Liberty Hall, in APG.
