Intelligent Waves Earns Spot on Inc. Magazine's Prestigious Vet100 List

Intelligent Waves LLC, an end-to-end information technology (IT) government solutions provider, announced Inc. Magazine named it one of the 100 fastest-growing veteran-owned businesses. "As a subset of the Inc 5000, I am proud that we are one of the 100 influential veteran-owned companies on a long list of very successful companies!" said Intelligent Waves President and CEO Jared Shepard.

Vet100 Honor

The Vet100 list honors the top 100 veteran-owned or military spouse-owned companies in America. Inc. partnered with The Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University to develop the list.

Shepard, a service-disabled veteran, founded Intelligent Waves in 2006. His disruptive approach to modernizing and transforming communications integration, especially in defense and government settings, allowed the company to expand rapidly. Over the past three years, Intelligent Waves grew 311% and now has over 200 employees.

Inc. will honor the IT systems development company for its inclusion in the VET100 at the Veteran EDGE Conference at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas on March 7. The four-day event focuses on engaging, developing, growing and elevating business owners who are veterans or military-spouses.

Inc. 5,000 Honor

The Vet100 honor follows the business's recent Inc. 5,000 honor. The company's explosive growth earned it the 1,325th spot on the Inc. 5000 list which represents the most successful American independent small businesses. Inc. also ranked Intelligent Waves at number 33 on its list of top IT Development companies thanks to Shepard's Hypori solution, which separates and secures personal and corporate (or government) data on mobile devices. "This is just the beginning. We have incredible momentum and are aiming to make the Inc. 500 next year," said Shepard.
