SpeakEasy Signs LOI with CannaOne to Launch the First CBD E-com Marketplace in Canada

(CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the "Company" or "SpeakEasy"), a holder of a federal licence to cultivate, process and sell cannabis under the Cannabis Act, is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with CannaOne Technologies Inc. ("CannaOne") to launch the first CBD e-commerce marketplace in Canada www.theBwellMarket.com.

BWell Market ("BWell") is a CBD e-commerce marketplace which launched months after the historic Farm Bill passed by the US Federal government in December 2018, decriminalizing CBD and allowing online sales to supply 50 of the 52 states in America.
