Drake Announces Brand New Facility in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Drake Announces Brand New Facility in Orlando

1584 College Park Business Center Rd
Orlando, FL 32804

Orlando, FL - Drake Lawn and Pest Control, a company that has been serving the community's needs for over 15 years, is furthering their commitment to expand the communities their team serves. By constructing a new facility, they plan to expand their range of available services and support to their customers.

They're known for the warm, personal relationship they develop among their customers, with many customers stating that they feel more like family and friends than clients. It's not difficult to find a neighbor who would recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

In a consumer climate saturated with big box stores and impersonal online offerings, the company has managed to stand out from other pest control and lawn service companies. Quality has remained a principal tenant of the company throughout their entire 15 years of servicing the Central Florida area. As such, they have always provided a quality guarantee, another notable exception among other companies within the industry.

Their technicians are another notable point of satisfaction among their customers; per the company, all technicians undergo rigorous training and complete specialized certification programs. All technicians operating within the company are field certified to ensure each customer gets the same quality standard of both safety and service. As their long time customers have noted, they don't hesitate when a member of their community is in need.

They are known to treat every call and every situation with the same seriousness and promptness that they would if a pest or lawn situated were occurring in their own home. As a company policy, each and every concern is addressed within 24 hours or less by a specialized team member.

Encouraged by the community to continue providing the same high standard of quality care and responsiveness, Drake Lawn and Pest Control has begun the move to expand their locations. As a result, their overall network of team members will be able to expand and serve their growing community in every way possible.

This new building is planned to encompass a total of around 6,000 square feet. Through careful consideration, the company has decided to open their new campus near the College Park area of Orlando. With this new space, Drake Lawn and Pest Control are adding not only to their overall service area, but also the professional functions served in the new location.

Within the new building, three main functions will be addressed. The first is to extend their service to more communities, a top priority for the company, Drake. Next, the facilities will house more space to implement a customer service team. This team will be responsible for telephone support, as well as online customer service, covering assistance to all customers throughout the central Florida service area.

The last purpose the new construction will serve is to become the new corporate headquarters. The corporate office will serve as the main operations location for the entire company.
