Plutoshift Names John Hoholik Chief Operating Officer

Plutoshift, the leader in automated performance monitoring for industrial workflow, today announced that veteran technology executive John Hoholik is moving from a strategic consulting role to Chief Operating Officer.

Hoholik most recently served as a consultant for Plutoshift and played a pivotal role in securing the startup's $8 million Series A funding round. Hoholik has a proven track record of success in senior positions, including CMO and Senior Vice President of Global Solutions at Teletech and Executive Vice President and Partner at Digitas. As Chief Engagement and Solutions Officer at ACCENT Marketing - an MDC Partners Company, Hoholik developed and executed a customer engagement management (CEM) go-to-market growth strategy and delivery model that eventually helped sell it to a larger business process outsourcing company. Hoholik also brings proven experience with supporting start-ups in new business generation, team building, talent, go-to-market messaging, and fundraising.

In his leadership role, Hoholik will drive Plutoshift's business development, customer success, and company operations. He will continue to engage with current and new customers as well as play a vital role within Plutoshift's leadership team in delivering the company's GROUNDED AI framework. This unique framework provides an automated performance monitoring platform designed to enhance the role of operators and employees, enabling them to make operational decisions and changing the way industrial work gets done by teams.
