iHeartDogs.com Smashes Holiday Dog Shelter Food Drive Topping 1.3 Million Meals Raised in 4 days.

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Online retailer and pet media sensation iHeartDogs.com announced the results of their 500,000 meal fundraiser goal from the Black Friday - Cyber Monday shopping on iHeartDogs. The answer was in short "a miracle".

Diverting from the Black Friday deal craze, iHeartDogs launched their "0% off "campaign in which instead of discounts, they give all the deals back to shelters and rescues by doubling food donations on every single purchase to fund more meals for shelter dogs.

"We launched an ambitious goal to raise 500,000 meals in just 4 days which had never been done before and our community responded in ways that completely blew our minds. Together we raised 1,300,000+ meals for shelter dogs in need. It was a real life "Christmas Miracle" said Justin Palmer iHeartDogs.com CEO.

The iHeartDogs.com team then launched their Christmas Miracle event a few days later - with partners GreaterGood and ZestyPaws - surprising 10 rescues with much needed meals, supplies and beds to get as much of the donations out as possible for the holiday season. Rescues were surprised with neatly wrapped pallets of food, a social media corner to showcase dogs that need a home and surprises for the pups.

The entire event was made possible by the what the iHeartDogs team calls their true Heroes - customers who choose to shop on iHeartDogs.com and make a difference in the lives of shelter dogs everywhere.

" We are so thankful for all the Heroes who join us at iHeartDogs.com to do incredible things in the world - we couldn't do this without them" said Marshall Morris President.

iHeartDogs.com, an Inc 500 company, has charted its own course since it launched 5 years ago. With 40 million followers, 2 million email subscribers and 5 million readers, the company is poised to continue to change the lives of shelter dogs everywhere in very big ways.
