Accenture Interactive Positioned as a Leader in Independent Research Report on Global Digital Experience Agencies

Accenture Interactive has been named a Leader in the latest research report on global digital experience agencies from Forrester Research Inc., a leading research and global advisory firm.

The report, titled "The Forrester Wavetm: Global Digital Experience Agencies, Q4 2019," evaluates Accenture Interactive and 13 other vendors on 24 criteria across three areas: Current Offering; Strategy; and Market Presence.

In addition to receiving the second highest score in the Market Presence category, the report states that Accenture Interactive scores well in several Strategy factors, including vision, partner ecosystem, client co-innovation and employee experience. The report also states that compared with other evaluated service providers, Accenture Interactive has higher customer adoption and ratings in many service lines, including customer experience strategy and insights, creative services, customer data and analytics and program management.

Lead author Ted Schadler writes, "Accenture [Interactive] has integrated its digital services to deliver experience-led transformation." He continues to note that Accenture Interactive is a good fit for large companies ? particularly in sectors like banking, hospitality and telecommunications, where experiences are the driver of business transformation.
