While Kindred Nutrition and Wellness will continue to focus on Specialized Medical Nutrition Therapy and Sports Nutrition and Performance, counseling they are now happy to offer Individual and Family Therapy and Yoga.

Kindred Nutrition and Wellness has three dietitians specializing in Autoimmune Disorders, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Renal Disease, Eating Disorders, and Sports Nutrition. Their two therapists specialize in Therapy for Anxiety and Depression Disorders, Trauma, Eating Disorder, Performance Anxiety, Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, building self esteem and more. Their yoga instructor provides yoga for all ages and levels focusing on breath, meditation, and incorporating a positive body image.
