LANDMARK HEALTH NAMES ROD JARDINE AS CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Landmark Health and its affiliated medical groups (Landmark), an industry leader of value-based, in-home medical care, announced today that Rod Jardine has been named its Chief Information Officer (CIO). As CIO, Rod will be instrumental in building Landmark's Data Management and Governance, as well as oversee application development, IT infrastructure and support teams.

"As a value-based provider organization, we stay focused on optimizing patient care and outcomes, and our IT platforms play a critical role in that process," comments Nick Loporcaro, Landmark's Chief Executive Officer. "Rod is an innovative leader and brings experiences that will help us continue to refine our technology strategy, solutions and scalability, ultimately to reach more patients who could benefit from in-home medical care."

With a successful 27-year track record in IT leadership, Rod joins Landmark from DST Health Solutions, an affiliated entity of SS&C Technologies, a global provider of financial and healthcare services, where he most recently served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO of DST Health Solutions, he directed the global product engineering team, IT operations, robotics, EDI and automation services. Before DST Health Solutions, Rod served as the Senior Vice President and CIO for TMG Health, a Cognizant Company.

"Landmark is bringing together people that are passionate about our business and mission, and who care about our patients and clients," states Rod Jardine. "I'm excited to be a part of a company that cares about people while transforming health care to tackle its biggest issues ? access, affordability, and quality ? and ultimately improve the lives of our most vulnerable populations."

Landmark continues to focus on long-term growth goals, having formed four additional partnerships with renowned health plans in 2019, along with deepening relationships with existing partners. The company now serves patients in 14 states and covers 100,000+ lives.
