Prologis Announces Redemption of Floating Rate Notes due 2020


SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the global leader in logistics real estate, today announced that Prologis, L.P. will redeem all of its Floating Rate Notes due January 29, 2020 (CUSIP: 74340X BG5, the "bonds"), following which the bonds will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange. The estimated redemption price will be at a price equal to 100 percent of the principal amount of the bonds outstanding, plus interest accrued to the redemption date for an aggregate payment of ?1,000 per ?1,000 in principal amount issued and outstanding as of the redemption date. Interest on the principal amount shall cease to accrue on and after the redemption date, which is January 3, 2020.
