National Online Registries Motor Carrier Information Exchange Website Earns Gold MarCom Award

National Online Registries, Inc. (NOR) received a Gold MarCom Award in the Insurance Website category for its MCInfo system. The MarCom Awards recognize outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of marketing, communication materials and programs.

The award marks the second MarCom win for MCInfo after the company earned a Gold Award in the Informational Video category for a system demo video in 2018.

More than 6,500 entries were submitted from throughout the United States, Canada and 18 other countries. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.

"We are honored to see the MCInfo website recognized by the MarCom Awards for its recent design enhancements that make it easy to learn more about the system, sign up for an account and submit insurance forms nationwide," said Laura Johnson, President of NOR.

Using MCInfo, insurers can complete and submit 12 different insurance forms, including Forms E, H, and K, to 21 participating states. MCInfo speeds the insurance submission process while increasing transparency by providing visibility and tracking through the approval process. Automatic data population helps users save time and prevent data entry errors when submitting multiple forms at once.

For participating states, MCInfo provides a centralized system to receive and review insurance filings, automatically communicate with insurance companies and track trends and progress via the reporting feature.

The current website was refreshed with several new features in the last two years, including a modern, responsive design, a streamlined user interface, enhanced reporting features and a simplified process to enroll in the program. In 2020, NOR is expected to add more insurance forms and options to submit filings to additional states through MCInfo, making the system even more valuable for users.
