Custom-Built, Tuscan-Inspired Estate in Suburban NJ Heads to Luxury Auction® Dec 14th
WARREN, N.J., Dec. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Platinum Luxury Auctions and Kienlen Lattmann Sotheby's International Realty have announced the upcoming luxury auction® of a Tuscan-inspired estate nestled in the suburbs of Warren, New Jersey. The custom-built home, named Villa di Sogni ("House of Our Dreams") by its owners, will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve at a live auction scheduled for December 14th, 2019 on the property site. The estate was previously listed for $7.9 million, though it was designed and built at a cost in excess of $12 million.
After deciding to spend less time in New Jersey, the homeowners retained Platinum to conduct the luxury auction sale in cooperation with listing brokerage Kienlen Lattmann, represented by principal and broker Michael Lattmann.
