34th Annual Dream Come True Telethon and Auction to Air On RCN-TV December 9

BETHLEHEM, Pa., Dec. 3, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- WHAT: The Dream Come True Telethon is an annual online and on-air auction with a mission of raising funds to help fulfill dreams of seriously, chronically or terminally ill children in the Greater Lehigh Valley area.

The live television program is produced by and aired on RCN-TV and features inspiring entertainment, including interviews from previous Dream Come True recipients and dedicated community members, volunteers and organizations.

Prizes up for bid include Apple Airpods, Apple Watches, Philadelphia Eagles' Brandon Graham autographed helmet, Blue Mountain Ski Resort season passes, New York Rangers tickets and much more.

Well-known RCN-TV Sports Director and broadcaster Gary Laubach, along with on-air personalities Scott Barr and Devon Almonte, host the live event.

WHO: RCN of the Lehigh Valley, which provides high-speed internet, TV and phone services to residents of Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown and surrounding communities in Lehigh Valley and Delaware County; and Dream Come True, a non-profit dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of children who are seriously, chronically or terminally ill in the Greater Lehigh Valley area.

The organizations are teaming up for the 34th time to present the meaningful event, which raised $98,000 last year.

Dream Come True is a local nonprofit organization that fulfills dreams for children who are living in the Greater Lehigh Valley area, between the ages of four and 17 and are diagnosed with a serious, chronic or life-threatening illness.
