The website was named a "Best Community" website by REAL Trends, a publishing, consulting, and communications company specializing in the residential brokerage and housing industries, as part of its annual review of the best real estate websites from around the country. REAL Trends recognized BairdWarner.com for making it easier for visitors to find specific information on amenities, average home prices, market data, facts, maps, and lifestyle.
Through the Chicago Agent magazine awards, readers voted BairdWarner.com the best website for being "a robust and easy-to-use resource for homebuyers and sellers, while also serving the needs of its agents" thanks to a suite of free tools. The site helps users, whether they are looking for the right agent, interested in a free real-time home valuation, searching for their dream home, or familiarizing themselves with communities in the Chicagoland area.
Earlier this year, BairdWarner.com received top honors at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Annual Symposium, winning the organization's awards for "Best Visual Design" of a website and "Best Overall Website." In addition, three Baird & Warner employees recently received individual honors for their work in the industry at the 2019 Agents' Choice Awards sponsored by Chicago Agent magazine.
John Matthews, who this year was promoted to Baird & Warner senior vice president of residential sales, was named Industry MVP, Suburbs, for leveraging his 35 years of real estate sales experience to lead other agents to succeed while serving as a designated managing broker in Oak Park, Ill. Bill White, designated managing broker at Baird and Warner in Glen Ellyn, Ill., was named Managing Broker of the Year, Suburbs, and Jennifer Cashman, a broker associate at Baird & Warner in La Grange, Ill., was named Rookie of the Year, Suburbs.
