QGenda Announces Relocation and Expansion of Atlanta HQ

QGenda, a leading innovator of healthcare provider scheduling and clinical capacity management software, announces it will move 300 employees into nearly 50,000 square feet at Terminus 100, which is owned by Atlanta-based real estate company Cousins Properties Inc. (NYSE: CUZ) and located at the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont Road. QGenda also has offices in Baltimore, Maryland and Burlington, Vermont which will remain intact.

QGenda CEO Greg Benoit said, "We are pleased to move to a new location and expand our Buckhead, Atlanta based headquarters. The Terminus site offers our employees a positive and modern work environment with on-site amenities, and provides the space needed for our continued growth."

QGenda was represented in the lease transaction by Andrew Waguespack and Pete Shelton with Colliers International (NASDAQ, TSX: CIGI).

The company plans to relocate in the second quarter of 2020.
