(NASDAQ: JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.40 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on December 20, 2019, to stockholders of record as of December 2, 2019. At November 12, 2019, there were 76,940,892 shares of the common stock outstanding.
