ATLANTA, Nov. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2019. The dividend is payable on January 5, 2020.
