Robots & Pencils joins Slack's Services Partner program

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Robots & Pencils, a digital innovation firm with offices across North America and the UK, today announces its inclusion as a founding member of the Slack Services Partner program. Long-time Slack users and advocates, Robots & Pencils has been helping organizations increase collaboration and efficiency by creating custom Slack apps and integrations since 2014.

The firm's custom Slack solutions have empowered companies across industries to streamline internal and external workflows by bringing key data, system processes and automation all into one location. In addition, the numerous Slack Directory apps built by the world-class engineers and user experience experts at Robots & Pencils have allowed organizations to delight and engage thousands of users. The team is also known for creating Missions, a product acquired by Slack in 2018 and newly released in 2019 as Workflow Builder.

As a Slack Services Partner, the Robots & Pencils team will receive formalized technical training, sales enablement and go-to-market support from Slack, helping both organizations to drive customer success.

"Robots & Pencils is excited to help clients make the most of Slack to support the creation of great workplaces, to innovate and serve their customers, and to drive efficient sharing of information and data," said Michael Sikorsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Robots and Pencils. "Slack has transformed how we work at Robots and Pencils, and we are honored to be an early partner to such an amazing company."

Beyond custom Slack development, Robots & Pencils offers consulting services to assist companies in discovering and unlocking the power of Slack, including identifying quick-win use cases that will ignite cross-team collaboration, increase information sharing, build company culture and accelerate return on investment across projects. Robots & Pencils has also created Newt, a smart Q&A Slack bot that uses natural language processing and advanced search technology. Companies that license Newt can use it to query and display information from internal knowledge base systems to simplify company onboarding, training and support.

"In order to adapt to the ever evolving demands of the modern workforce, the most successful companies are investing in truly innovative technology and services solutions. Our launch partners share our commitment to customer success and our vision for enabling customers to transform how they work," said Rich Hasslacher, Head of Global Alliances & Channels at Slack.
