Skilljar Hosts Largest Customer Education Industry Event; Reveals 2 Million+ Students Educated with Platform

Skilljar, the leading enterprise Customer Training Platform, today welcomed customer education professionals from more than 125 companies, including Slack, Looker, Jamf, Procore, Cisco, and Microsoft, to the Customer Education industry's largest global event, Skilljar Connect. This event brings together customer and partner education professionals dedicated to unlocking the potential of millions of people around the world in industries ranging from technology to medical devices to financial services, transportation, and more.

Skilljar CEO and co-founder, Sandi Lin, shared the impact of the Skilljar community in her keynote address: "Together, we have educated nearly two million individuals who are now delivering more impact at their organizations around the world. Following Lin, Skilljar Connect attendees heard keynotes from Maria Manning-Chapman, Vice President Research, Education Services at The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), as well as Slack's Global Enterprise Customer Learning Leader, Adam Avramescu, and Taimur Rashid, General Manager and Head of WW Customer Success for Intelligent Cloud at Microsoft.

The first day of Skilljar Connect closed with the inaugural Education Expo - an opportunity for Skilljar customers to showcase their training programs and gather inspiration from others. This year's event featured Tableau, OSISoft, and The Trade Desk, who shared details on how their programs are helping educate professionals in the data visualization, SaaS, and advertising industries worldwide.

Also announced at the conference was Skilljar's new certification program. All Skilljar Certified Professionals will take a self-paced, proficiency exam covering the primary functionality of the Skilljar Dashboard. Once certified, students can share their accomplishments on LinkedIn with specialized badges.
