Automated Insights, a Stats Perform company and the leading natural language generation (NLG) provider for business intelligence, announced the hiring of Michael Soluri as vice president of sales. In his role, Soluri will drive global sales of Wordsmith, Automated Insights' premier platform for transforming data into insightful narrative, as well as oversee NLG sales for Stats Perform.
With more than 25 years in successful sales and business development, Soluri joins the Automated Insights team delivering industry-leading NLG technologies. Soluri most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer of EDM Group, a private, global outsourced technology company focused on transforming data and business process automation for clients. Before EDM Group, Soluri held several key management positions for Lexmark International, where he spent nearly two decades building long-term and multi-million dollar annuity contracts.

Soluri holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serves as a board member of Israeli-based OTI Global (Nasdaq: OTIV). Soluri's background is rooted in relationship building and providing true value for his clients. With his understanding of customers' business priorities and his ability to navigate a complex sales cycle, Soluri is prepared to lead the NLG business development team.
