The COPD Foundation is pleased to announce that we have launched a new version of our popular Pocket Consultant Guide (PCG) mobile app that features a track for patients and caregivers designed to improve disease management and communication with a patient's healthcare team. Harnessing the power of technology enables us to enhance the level of care people with COPD receive.

"The COPD Foundation is committed to leveraging technology to develop solutions that contribute to improving the lives of anyone affected by COPD. The COPD Pocket Consultant Guide mobile app is one example of this commitment. "We believe the launch of the newest version represents another important step to improving care. Together we can make a difference!" ?Dr. Byron Thomashow, Chief Medical Officer, COPD Foundation
