Healthcare Executive, Jamil Hermes, Joins Cognosante as Chief Growth Officer

In this role, Hermes will focus on developing and launching internal and external growth strategies for Cognosante. Specifically, he will strategically lead the company's business development and capture teams while aligning related growth processes and initiatives.

Hermes has over 20 years of professional experience in business development, technology leadership, and program management. He has a proven history of facilitating program growth in Federal, state, and local markets. Hermes most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at OptumServe during a time when the company saw considerable growth in the industry. While there, he led the company's expansion into Federal markets through aggressive portfolio growth and built competitive intelligence and Price-to-Win teams that realized substantial new pipeline opportunities in existing and new agencies.
