FirstService Residential Awarded Borgata Homeowners Association in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FirstService Residential, Nevada's leading community management company, has been awarded the contract to provide full-service management services for Borgata Homeowners Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on October 1, 2019.

The gated 384-condominium community features fully equipped 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, and in-unit washer and dryers. Residents have access to a number of amenities, including a clubhouse, two swimming pools with spas, a fitness center, small putting green and picnic/barbecue areas. The community also features 24-hour courtesy patrol and on-site maintenance.
