CareOne is RID Recognized to Ensure Patient Health and Safety

FORT LEE, N.J., Oct. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- CareOne, New Jersey's largest family owned and operated senior care company is proud to announce they have been named the first post-acute care and senior living organization in New Jersey recognized by the Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths (RID), an organization dedicated to heightening the awareness of infection control and prevention in the health care setting. With this honor, Betsy McCaughey, Ph.D., Chairman and Founder of RID said "Our collaboration with CareOne will enable us to reach about 20,000 patients a year who are treated with expertise and compassion at CareOne facilities."

The certification with CareOne includes collaborative education and training with CareOne clinicians, both at the senior level and front line level; which will include in person education, webinars through CareOne's online employee education system. Through strict guidelines and policies that the Environmental and Nursing Departments must follow, CareOne is setting the benchmark in the senior care industry.
