Graham Construction and Sociable Living Sign Multi-Year Partnership

Sociable Living, Toronto's first co-living community provider, is proud to announce a multi-year employee housing partnership with Graham Construction. For their Davenport Diamond Rail Grade Separation project, which is a multi-year deal located in Toronto's Junction Triangle, Graham Construction will be using Sociable Living co-housing to host their employees.

"We are proud to work with such an incredible employee-owned company that truly puts its employees first," said Roman Bodnarchuk, CEO of Sociable Living. "The solution of providing co-living homes for the incoming employees will help those who are not from the city make real connections and experience the city. We look forward to building this partnership for many years."

For the duration of the Toronto project, which is set to be completed in 2023, employees will be coming from the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada to work on site. Sociable Living will provide fully-furnished, all-inclusive units, as well as opportunities to participate in Sociable Living's community and city-wide events.

"We are pleased to have found this arrangement with Sociable Living," said Mike Boan, Construction Manager at Graham Construction. "We value our employees, and we see this arrangement as being beneficial for their overall well-being and for the project."
