Empire Today, the country's largest shop-at-home provider of installed carpet, flooring, blinds, and shades, was honored as winner in both the Voice of the Customer and Overall Business Impact categories in the 2019 Confirmit's Achievement in Customer Excellence (ACE) Awards, which recognizes companies with remarkable performance and achievements in customer experience.
This is the second year in a row that Empire® was recognized as a winner in the Voice of the Customer category for its exceptional innovation within its Customer Experience program.
Judge's Choice Award: Voice of the Customer
This year, Empire also received additional honors, earning the prestigious Judge's Choice Award, a recognition reserved only for the top submissions within each category. The judges applauded Empire for its efforts to drive the highest customer satisfaction by focusing on overcoming the barriers to customers' purchases ? in turn, generating improved revenue growth for the company.
According to Confirmit's press release, "In particular, the judges praised the work of Empire Today, the American seller of installed flooring, who have used an extensive testing process to achieve exceptional survey response rates for a retail business. In addition, the company has generated significant ROI through a new revenue stream that focuses on understanding what prevents customers from making a purchase."
The overall Voice of the Customer award recognizes businesses which develop a strategic approach for listening to their customers and which act upon that voice to drive change and deliver true value into their organizations.

Empire Today was also honored as a winner of the Overall Business Impact Award.
